What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?
You must bring a valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, passport, or military ID. The document to be notarized must also be complete and unsigned.
Do you offer remote online notarization?
Yes. We are authorized to perform Remote Online Notarizations (RON) for clients across Texas. All you need is a valid ID, a device with a camera, and internet access.
What kinds of documents can you notarize?

Do you provide services on evenings or weekends?

Yes. Totally Notary Services is fully mobile. We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, job sites, or any location that is convenient for you.
What is an apostille and when do I need one?
An apostille is a special authentication required for documents being used in foreign countries. It confirms that your notarized document is valid and recognized internationally. We handle both the notarization and apostille processing for you.
